Youth marketing agency Mr. Youth has bought CollegeFest LLC, including rights to the 20-year-old CollegeFest student event. Terms were not disclosed.

CollegeFest reaches 15,000 New England students with a two-day event each fall with concerts, product demos and sampling, and marketing research. Students pay $10 to attend the Sept. 17-18 event in Boston’s Hynes Convention Center.

“This acquisition demonstrates our commitment to offer corporate America the most efficient and reliable means to target the elusive college market,” said Mr. Youth CEO Paul Tedeschi in a statement.

New York-based Mr. Youth also handles marketing for the Panama City Beach Convention & Visitors Bureau to tout the Spring Break hot spot. Last fall, the agency handled a 10-campus tour and sweeps for the bureau.

Mr. Youth ranked No. 27 in the 2005 PROMO 100 with 2004 net revenues of $1.43 million, up 435% from 2002.
