Drug Firm Licenses Software for Surveys

AstraZeneca the pharmaceutical firm has licensed software to streamline its data collection and surveys, which it hopes, will increase the value of its customer profiling activities.

The software from DB Marketing Technologies LLC has applications for managing customer profiles, data mining and ROI analysis.

AstraZeneca said it anticipates that the software will lower its costs associated with surveys and maintaining customer data and improve analytic capabilities.
