News Corp. Buys Intermix Media
News Corp. has signed an agreement to purchase Intermix Media Inc., a network of Web sites, for $580 million in cash. In a separate transaction Intermix exercised an option to purchase the 47 percent of the MySpace.com Web site that it did not already own.

Subscription Sales Drive Growth at InfoUSA
InfoUSA the database products and services giant reported a 12% increase in revenues to $93.7 million during the second quarter of this year, compared to the same quarter last year, which was driven in part by increased data subscription sales.

ValPak Promotes NASCAR with Turner
