  • RR Donnelley Names Two New Top Officers

    Mark A. Angelson, CEO and a director at printer R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., will resign from the firm later this spring. The company’s board of directors named Thomas J. Quinlan III, currently the firm’s CFO, to take both positions, as well as to become president of the company.

  • ValueVision Ends Fourth Quarter, Year on Strong Note

    ValueVision Media Inc. ended its fourth quarter with $3.4 million in net income on $216.7 million in sales, compared with just under $3.4 million in net income and $209.4 million in fiscal fourth quarter 2005.

    The Direct Marketing Association’s Financial Services Council has selected Wesley D. Protheroe, president and CEO of Germer Life Insurance Co. as its Direct Marketer of the Year, and Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Group as its Company of the Year.
