Lord & Taylor, an upscale department store chain, has selected the Allink Enhanced offering from Harte Hanks to serve as the backbone of its customer insight, acquisition and retention efforts. The value of the contract was not disclosed.
“Lord & Taylor recognizes the need to infuse its marketing programs with new energy and a stronger focus on engaging more personally with its customers,” said Jane Elfers, president and CEO of Lord & Taylor, in a statement.
The new database system will incorporate marketing strategy, analytics and information sharing technology.
