Tranzact, a provider of lead generation services in the insurance, telecom and financial services markets, has acquired Data Warehouse Corp., a firm that maintains a database of prospective home loan borrowers. Financial terms have not been disclosed.
The database contains records for 72 million homeowners identified as being prospective sub-prime and conventional borrowers, with data derived from credit bureaus and other data sources. Consequently, Tranzact expects to expand its data services capabilities, including analytical and modeling services.
