Timberland, GSI Settle Text-Message Spam Suit

The Timberland Co. and GSI Commerce Inc. have agreed to a $7 million settlement in a class action lawsuit in which the plaintiff alleged the outdoor apparel merchant and the e-commerce services provider sent text-message spam to thousands of consumers
