Mike Oldham was appointed chief operating officer of MatchLogic, a Westminster, CO online marketing firm. Oldham had served as COO of Columbine JDS Systems, a technology supplier for broadcast and advertising companies.

Peterborough, NH’s Millard Group Inc. opened a new West Coast division and selected Donna Hamilton, director of list management, to head it. The office is located in San Diego.
