Online Retailers Re-up with Webloyalty.com

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

Five online marketers have re-upped with subscription service Webloyalty.com.

Webloyalty.com piggybacks retail transactions to offer subscriptions to its loyalty programs to online shoppers. Webloyalty pays retailers 50 cents to $2 for each customer that accepts its free-trial offer. (Consumers who don’t cancel after the free trial expires pay $10 a month for each subscription.)

The firm signed multi-year deals with current partners Haband Online, Joann.com, Lillian Vernon, Marketworks.com and Time-Life.

Norwalk, CT-based Webloyalty has a total of 1.4 million subscriptions in five programs: Reservation Rewards, Travel Values Plus, Buyer Assurance, Wallet Shield and Shopper Discounts & Rewards. It works with 95 marketers to distribute subscription offers as a “thank you” for purchases made at marketers’ sites.
