New Eddie Bauer Home Store Attracts Shoppers with Sweeps and Gifts
Eddie Bauer is out with a sweeps, free gifts and in-store presentations to support the opening of its new Home store.
Eddie Bauer Home opens today at The Village at Alderwood, a new outdoor retail center in Lynnwood, WA, and plans call for spending the next four days entertaining prospective customers.
Free gifts include fragrant soaps, glitter pillar candles, goose down travel pillows and a bottle brush mouse decoration.
Customers can participate in a variety of daily “tasks” to be entered in a sweepstakes to win prizes.
For example, shoppers can learn to create the perfect bed and then enter to win $250 worth of bedding. They can learn to decorate with botanicals and enter to win $100 worth of botanicals. Or they can find out everything they need to know about goose down and enter to win a goose down comforter and two goose down pillows. On Sunday, the final day of the events, customers can meet furniture experts and enter to win $500 off any piece of furniture.
