Frito Lay Develops Portfolio of Products for Women

  • Frito-Lay developed a portfolio of products specifically for women around its “Only in a Woman’s World” campaign.

    One product, SmartFood popcorn clusters, comes in a number of flavors and includes fiber and calcium. Another, Baked! Lay’s Southwestern Ranch Potato Crisps, has 65% less fat than regular potato chips. Sun Chips offer portion control, packaged in 100-calorie packs. And Flat Earth Veggie Crisps are made with a half serving of veggies baked into every ounce.

    The multimedia campaign takes a humorous peek online into the adventures of four animated friends, Anna, Cheryl, Nikki and Maya, who share moments only women can experience. The campaign includes lighthearted, comical videos, comic strips and interactive online games and shareable e-cards.
