Frito-Lay Multipack Skylanders (The Marketing Arm)
Frito-Lay’s solution to increase Multipack sales at last 3% was to transform the product into a brand of its own. So Frito-Lay partnered with the Skylanders franchise on a nine-month campaign that started with the creation of four exclusive characters, Sidekicks.
Multiple in-store displays showcased the new product with one display turning traditional aisle end caps into Sidekick characters.
Innovative packaging helped drive sales and made shopping easy for moms.
