Call Solutions, a direct marketing services company, has acquired lettershop and fulfillment house FalaDM Group for an undisclosed sum.

Revenues for the combined entity, providing one-to-one marketing services to the advertising and direct mail industries, will exceed $150 million.

The transaction is expected to close next month.

Both units of the merged company will keep their names, said Kevin Kasper, senior vice president of marketing at Call Solutions. He indicated that there would be no layoffs as a result of this deal.

Jeffrey Jurick will continue in his role as president and CEO of Fala.

Fala, headquartered in Melville, NY, employs more than 600 people and includes campus facilities on Long Island with about 365,000 square feet of production and office spaces. Fala prints, personalizes and manages the distribution of more than 1 billion pieces of mail annually, the companies said.

Call Solutions, Waukesha, WI, provides a network of inbound and outbound customer services and has been acquiring other direct marketing services companies.
