AIG Opens Bilingual Call Center for Insurance Customers

Insurance giant American International Group Inc. (AIG) has opened a bilingual customer service call center in Houston.

The new call center will handle inbound calls received from Hispanic customers of American General Life Insurance Co. and United States Life Insurance Co., which offer co-branded AIG American General insurance policies.

Callers will have access to information in Spanish and English on policy features, coverage, billing inquiries and other related information.
