Consumers 18 and older who log onto to
ABC.com can enter The Which Housewife Are You? quiz and sweepstakes. Visitors who take the quiz answer 15 multiple-choice questions that tie-in with previous
Desperate Housewives storylines. At the conclusion of the quiz, a character photo and brief profile that the quiz taker most resembles will pop-up on screen.
Fans who enter the online sweepstakes must register to become an ABC.com member. The sweepstakes gives consumers a chance to win one of nine weekly prizes and be eligible to win a grand-prize trip for two to Los Angeles to attend the
Desperate Housewives season one DVD launch party, and receive hotel accommodations and $500 spending money. Lesser prizes include
Desperate Housewives-themed merchandise, including “dirty laundry” bags, posters, sports bottles, aprons and oven mitts.
Winners will be selected via random drawings, with one drawing per promotional period. The grand-prize winner will be selected on May 16. The contest runs through May 13. Internet materials support.
