Two founding shareholders and former officers of ValueVision International Inc., Minneapolis, have resigned from their board positions to return to private investment activities.
Robert L. Johander and Nicholas M. Jaksich announced their change of status Feb. 2. Gene McCaffery, chief executive officer of ValueVision has filled Johander’s seat as chairman of the board.
ValueVision is an electronic and print media direct marketing company, which operates a home-shopping network and book catalog company.
