ValueClick (www.valueclick.com/) Inc. will acquire MeziMedia Inc., an operator of comparison-shopping Web sites, for $100 million.
The deal is expected to close in August.
Founded in 2001, MeziMedia employs approximately 160 people in Los Angeles, Shanghai and Tokyo.
