The United States Postal Service will hold two direct mail strategy seminars for African American and Hispanic business owners. The sessions, which are being sponsored by Pitney Bowes Inc., will be held in New York City.
“There are more than 3 million multicultural businesses in the United States and by the year 2050, the U.S. population will be significantly multiethnic,” said Henry Hernandez, Executive Director for Global Diversity Leadership at Pitney Bowes, in a statement.
“As the number of multicultural businesses in the U.S. grows, so too does the need to understand how direct mail can help businesses succeed. Direct mail is one of the most effective tools for growing business and with the right technology and expertise, it can cost-effectively drive business results.”
Pitney Bowes employees will be on hand to demonstrate the company’s mail management technology and various mail offerings. The company offers addressing, folding, inserting and mailing systems.
