Triton Digital Acquires Loyalty Marketing Program Firm

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

Triton Digital has acquired Enticent Inc. Triton will combine Enticent with its Mass2One Media unit to form a new division called Triton Loyalty.

Triton Loyalty’s leadership team will include president Chris Bell, formerly of Enticent, EVP of operations Mike Becker, formerly of Enticent, and EVP of audience engagement Tracy Johnson, formerly of Mass2One.

The acquisition links Triton Media’s digital products and services with Enticent’s turnkey e-mail and loyalty programs. Both companies have traditionally focused on media industry clients.

Enticent products are used to increase ratings and web traffic while driving audience database growth and generating direct response for advertisers. Triton’s Triton Digital division supports more than 4,000 radio station affiliations with applications and content.

“The enhanced Triton Loyalty will offer a full complement of innovative products designed to enable mass media’s transformation into a vital one-to-one audience engagement and marketing vehicle,” said Mike Agovino, COO of Triton Media, in a statement.
