Heritage Partners, Boston, acquired P.O.P. Displays International, a Woodside, NY-based company with operations in the U.S., U.K., and Portugal. The deal creates a P-O-P giant with $200 million-plus in revenues. Heritage, which also owns packaging and fulfillment businesses, will merge P.O.P. with its Creative Solutions Group.
