Time Warner Restructures Marketing Group

Time Warner’s global marketing group will be restructured to strengthen its strategic and creative resources. The simplified structure includes the new position of chief creative officer and merges the sales and marketing functions.

The mission of the restructuring, according to the company, is to increase the growth of advertising and marketing revenue across all of Time Warner’s businesses.

Mark D’Arcy, 33, has been named chief creative officer of Time Warner’s global marketing group. He will also hold the additional title of senior VP. Prior to joining Time Warner, D’Arcy worked for advertising networks, small agencies and a wide range of worldwide clients for 15 years.
