The Internet Advertising Bureau has changed its name to the Interactive Advertising Bureau and will expand its membership eligibility to all companies engaged in the sale of interactive advertising and marketing.
Mike Oldham has been appointed chief operation officer of MatchLogic, a Westminster, CO-based online marketing firm. Oldham will manage MatchLogic’s day-to-day strategic operations, including sales, account management, product management, and engineering functions. Oldham had previously been chief operating officer of Columbine JDS Systems.
Responsys, Inc. Palo Alto, has received $20 million in funding from four prominent venture capital firms. The funding round was led by Sigma Partners, and included previous Responsys backers Accel Partners, Foundation Capital, and Redpoint Ventures. Gregory Gretsch of Sigma Partners will join the Responsys board of directors.
