Tuffy Auto Service Centers has licensed a custom marketing toolkit created by cooperative direct mail firm Valpak. The agreement expands Tuffy’s relationship with Valpak. In 2006, the automotive service franchiser mailed more than 17 million offerings through Valpak’s network.
