In conjunction with the debut this month of a new Barbie storybook series, Random House Children’s Books is sponsoring a sweepstakes to drum up interest.
The hardcover books, Starring Barbie from the company’s Golden Books imprint, bowed Sept 9. Entry forms can be found inside specially marked Barbie Golden Books. Four winners receive $1,000 toward lessons—theater, music, art or dance—and supplies of their choice in those categories.
Winners will be notified by mail in May 2004. The sweeps was developed and managed in-house.
