Quad/Graphics has been awarded a $30 million contract with Smithsonian Business Ventures for the printing and distribution of Smithsonian print products.
Under the contract, Pewaukee-based Quad/Graphics will handle Smithsonian Catalogue; Smithsonian, Air & Space and Air Show World magazines; and My Smithsonian visitors’ guide.
Quad/Graphics will print more than 50 million magazines and catalogues for Smithsonian each year, starting in January 2003.
