Primis Marketing Group has acquired Hyphos360, a marketing database and campaign services firm based in Clearwater, FL. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Hyphos360 was acquired from a private investor group led by Bay4 Capital, LLC. Mike Dykstra, president of Hyphos360, is expected to remain with the company and report to the Primis team. No staff reductions are planned among the rest of the 29-employee firm. The company
