Phinder Technologies Adds Call Center Capacity

Phinder Technologies Inc., which provides Web-based technology to small businesses, has retained the services of two additional call centers in the Philippines. The added capacity will allow the firm to increase the number of customers it can sign up from 350 per day to more than 600, according to the company.

“The addition of these two call centers will not only accelerate growth but also diversify risk in the outsourcing of the direct marketing,” said CEO Lex van Arem. “It will allow the company to test market a number of other products and services it has planned for the future.”
