DRAFTWORLDWIDE: Chicago, has named Thomas White senior VP-account director overseeing the Bank of America account. He had been COO for online media firm Third Age. Separately, the city of Chicago next week will rename North St. Clair St. — home to Draft’s headquarters — “Honorary Howard Draft Way” to honor the DraftWorldwide CEO. No word on whether the 49-year-old exec gets immunity on parking tickets there.
