PROCTER & GAMBLE: has launched P&G Pro Line, a program targeting hotel housekeeping departments where its products, such as Downy, Tide, Spic and Span and Clorox, will be used exclusively. P&G sees hotels as an avenue for growth. It already provides commercial cleaning products to restaurants, schools and the food service industry.

RAPP COLLINS WORLDWIDE: New York, promoted Loren Grossman to CMO, a new post; Grossman had been chief strategy officer for the direct-marketing agency.

RUDER FINN: Los Angeles, has won a handful of new accounts: real estate and investment firm Chadwick, Saylor & Co.; General Racing (for its vintage-auto races); Meredith Publishing (for events for More Magazine); and The Sports Resort.
