MyPoints and FTD.com Ink Cross-sell Deal

MyPoints.com Inc. has formed a marketing agreement with FTD.com to offer its millions of members FTD.com products and programs.

Under the terms of the agreement, MyPoints.com targeted marketing products will be used to promote the FTD.com products to the more than 10 million MyPoints members, the companies said.

The agreement builds upon several successful MyPoints campaigns for FTD.COM, including Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day promotions, the companies said.

Marketing strategies include:

* Targeted e-mail campaigns to MyPoints.com database using self-reported demographic and behavioral data.

*FTD.com ad placement on the MyPoints Shopping! Web site.

FTD.COM is a leading Internet and telephone marketer of flowers and specialty gifts. The company sells directly to consumers through www.ftd.com and its 1-800-SEND-FTD telephone number. MyPoints.com provides Internet direct marketing and membership services.
