LivingSocial Agrees to Pay $4.5 Million to Settle Class-Action Lawsuit Over Expiration Dates

LivingSocial logoLivingSocial has agreed to pay $4.5 million to settle a class-action suit regarding expiration dates of its deals. This comes about six months after Groupon reached a bigger settlement in a similar lawsuit. LivingSocial will set up a settlement fund to pay out claims and will revise portions of its business practices
