Singer Direct Becomes Part of Omnicom Media Group
Singer Direct Inc. has been acquired by Omnicom Media Group, but the insert media firm will continue to be operated as separate company. CEO Fred Singer and co-presidents Jeff Singer and Andrew Singer are expected to remain in the same positions, as no management changes are planned. Terms for the acquisition were not disclosed.
