Lippin Group Forms ‘Hollywood’ Division

Posted on by Chief Marketer Staff

The Lippin Group, a public relations and marketing firm, has created a new unit designed to link corporate brands with entertainment industry events and celebrities.

The Brand to Hollywood unit dovetails on The Lippin Group’s ongoing work with corporate sponsors in TV and music. Jennifer Price, executive VP and Alex Lippin, senior account executive, will spearhead the unit. In addition, staff members will support the division in the group’s New York and London offices. The Brand to Hollywood unit is based in Los Angeles, CA.

“The establishment of the Brand to Hollywood unit was in recognition of the need to expand client services and make them more relevant to today’s world,” CEO Dick Lippin said in a statement. “Companies want their brands associated with key entertainment industry events and have top celebrities photographed with their products, thereby establishing important third-party endorsements. Getting media exposure also translates to the consumer, because many people want to buy what celebrities feel is ‘in.’”

Brand to Hollywood clients includes Architectural Digest, Marc Anthony hair products, Hearts On Fire diamonds, Victoria’s Secret beauty products, Platinum Guild, high-end skin care product Strivectin and PearlParadise.com. Through the new unit, The Lippin Group will help raise brand profiles in the entertainment industry.
