Your Loose Cannon column was so well put (“Where Have You Gone, Customer Centricity?” DIRECT Newsline, March 25). I really enjoyed it.

When will companies wake up to the fact that they really are in relationship to individuals. In any relationship, when I am treated poorly, I pull way back from continuing that relationship. When companies put “green” blindfolds on–they not only lose their customers, they lose a part of the soul and spirit of the company.
