AMERICANS’ POOR ENGLISH
It surprises me that folks such as Mark Ragan who presumably work with many foreign countries and nationals are questioning the English language skills of Indian call center employees (Letters to the Editor, March 15).
Has he ever stopped and listened to his fellow Americans to notice the poor and incorrect English they speak, which is their native language? And he questions the clarity of English spoken by foreign nationals?
Perhaps he should speak more clearly and correctly to make himself understandable first before expecting a clear reply to his questions!
