Harte-Hanks Inc. has signed an agreement giving it the option to acquire Information Arts Ltd., a U.K. analytics services provider, in the future.
Terms were not disclosed.
Currently, Information Arts provides services for Harte-Hanks customers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa
