Goldstein Years

One familiar face will be missing from the crowd at this year’s DMA conference in Chicago. Deb Goldstein, president of IDG List Services, retired earlier this month.

Andrew Sambrook, vice president of the Framingham, MA-based company, is being promoted to general manager.

Goldstein was with IDG for 21 years, and became president in 1991. She got her start at Morgan-Grampian Publishing Co., where she worked from 1982-1986 as list manager and telemarketing sales manager. As Goldstein tells it, her first role there was reviewing subscriber applications for the company’s controlled circulation titles, toiling in a small room
