Global Cash Access, Las Vegas, will launch ResLink, a caller identification service that segments gamblers by worth when they contact casino locations.
The system links caller IDs to its database of six million gaming patrons. If a match is found, the system sends the caller’s name and a profile to the reservation agent.
Criteria can be adjusted based on the casino’s objectives, and the system can apply flexible hospitality pricing and other premium structures, if the casino desires to do so.
