CyberRebate.com Inc., Cedarhurst, NY, an on-line retailer that provided millions in rebates to consumers has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the Eastern District of New York.
Operations were suspended at its Web site and the majority of its employees were terminated. A small staff remains on board to take the company through the bankruptcy proceedings, according to information at the company
