Compaq Computer Corp., based in Houston, has formed Compaq.com (http://www.compaq.com), a new division for marketing over the Web.
The company said it also plans to develop such services as personalized Web sites and highly integrated extranets.
Company veteran Kenny Kurtzman has been named as vice president and general manager of Compaq.com.
