Direct marketing services company Communifax Corp, Cranberry Township, PA, said it plans to merge with Targeted Marketing Inc. (TMI).
TMI is expected to become a division of Communifax Direct, the operating unit of Communifax. In 1996, Communifax and TMI entered into a strategic partnership.
Communifax offers direct marketing counsel, strategic marketing plan development and creative and design services, as well as production management for print, direct mail and online media.
