Tim Martin, senior VP and CFO of Coldwater Creek Inc., has resigned from the company effective Nov. 25.
According to a statement from Coldwater Creek, Martin, has accepted a position as CFO at another, unnamed company.

Coldwater Creek has appointed John E. Hayes, III, it senior VP and general counsel, to serve as interim CFO effective Nov. 25. Hayes will serve until a permanent successor is named. The company is in the process of searching for a new CFO.
Hayes joined Coldwater Creek in February 2009, after serving as the company’s outside corporate and securities law counsel since 1999. Prior to joining Coldwater Creek, Mr. Hayes spent 17 years in private law practice, most recently with Hogan & Hartson, LLP.
