CDS Buys Canadian Fulfillment Company

Communications Data Services Inc. has acquired INDAS Limited, a privately held Canadian subscription and product fulfillment company.

INDAS is the largest provider of fulfillment services in Canada. It is headquartered 20 miles north of Toronto in Markham, Ontario. A branch site is located in Montreal, CDS said.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The company, founded as Innovated Data Systems in 1971, manages customer files for more than 90 Canadian and U.S. magazines including Rogers Publishing Limited and Transcontinental Media Inc., two of Canada
