Call-Solutions.com Inc., a telemarketing services provider, has acquired Protocall Communications, a business-to-business sales lead generation company, for an undisclosed sum.

Protocall operates a 13,500 square-foot call center in Laurel, MD and most recently opened a 2,500 square foot facility in Baltimore.

Scott Kleinknecht, will continue as CEO of the Protocall unit. His wife Ellen continues as president.
