Borders recently overhauled its Web site and is teaching people about the changes with a new sweepstakes.
The winner receives a $1,000 Borders gift card to build a “dream library” of favorite books, movies and music titles.
People can enter at www.borders.com/grandopening. There they can view a 90-second video tour of the new features at Borders.com, register for the sweepstakes and receive an instant gift, such as 40% off the list price of any one item on Borders.com using a promo code. The sweeps runs through July 31.
Some of the new features include, the Magic Shelf, a virtual book shelf that allows customers to view book, music and movie titles much the same way they would browse the book tables and displays in their favorite Borders stores.
