Webinars You May Have Missed: E-commerce Trends 2010
Where were you last Tuesday, some time around 2:30 p.m. EDT? I was on a Webinar with Amy Africa, Chief Imagination Officer at Eight by Eight, and Larry Kavanagh, the founder/CEO of D.M.insite, discussing the research Multichannel Merchant did on e-commerce trends for 2010.
But it’s not too late to hear what Africa and Kavanagh had to say about some of the hard-to-swallow numbers. We’re talking about almost 80% of the nearly 600 respondents who said their companies are not yet using mobile commerce. And they had some choice words about the 60% that are not marketing to people with abandoned carts and the 82% that are not using live chat.
