Forecast: AD Spending in 2009 To Decrease

With turmoil in both the automotive and financial services sector, ad spending is expected to decline in 2009. Analysts are predicting a 6 to 9% retreat. This will create an opportunity for those spending their advertising dollars wisely and for firms that test and measure their efforts. Less clutter should mean more exposure for advertisers who stay the course.
