E-mail: This Time, It’s Not So Personal

EmailStatCenter.com), 90% of commercial e-mails included some sort of personalization.

Apparently JupiterResearch and I subscribe to some very different e-mail lists.

Among the marketing e-mails I received in the past week from 100 companies, primarily consumer merchants, only seven had some sort of personalization that I could see. Maybe they were personalized in terms of the type of content delivered
