Are You “Sear”-ious?
My wife and I went to a local Sears near where we live in Connecticut to buy a vacuum cleaner. Seems simple enough, right?
Well, we bought a Hoover vacuum cleaner and after we got home and opened the box, we realized we were missing a part. The part, which our Sears associate had specifically pointed out to us in the store, was called a tool box cover.
I called Sears and a sales associate said we could exchange the vacuum for one which had the tool box cover part. Fantastic! So, my wife, daughter, and I went back to the same Sear
