Billboard and Starburst Get Together at Six Flags

Six Flags and Billboard.com are teaming up with the park’s title sponsor, Starburst, for an integrated music program that includes online content, live concerts and a national sweepstakes.

Starburst sponsors 56 summer concerts at eight Six Flags parks, which this year includes Jordin Spraks, Pitbull, Iyaz, Vita Chambers and The Maine.

Starburst receives widespread branding across the parks and its products are sold at the retail shops.

Starburst is also the presenting sponsor of Billboard.com’s MashUp Mondays video series.

The two are offering a sweepstakes featuring a grand prize for a three-day, two-night vacation to a Six Flags park and a meet and greet with MashUp artists. The promo ends July 18.

The sponsorships and sweeps are being promoted extensively on the two entities Web sites and social media sites. Six Flags is promoting the sweeps with in-park media, including on its new digital out-of-home network in key food service locations.
